It's a townhouse complex (Ashbury and Oak SOUTH) and the entrance is off 204th, just before 80th ave. There is a similar complex closer to 82nd ave (8138 204th st, Ashbury & Oak NORTH)... make sure you come to the right one :).
There is visitor parking when you enter the complex, in front of the mail gazebo. You can park in the spots straight ahead, and the sidewalk under the mail gazebo will take you right to my door (#53).
